Amazing views and location! We were able to see the northern lights from the camping pod, which was absolutely breathtaking. The surrounding mountains and fields added to the beauty of the area. The self-check-in process was quick and easy, making our arrival hassle-free. Additionally, the kitchen area was enormous and had a fun billiard table, making it a great place to hang out and meet fellow travelers.
The lighting in the camping pod could have been better, as it was a bit dim at times. It would have been nice to have more light to navigate around the pod.

The location of the camping pods is convenient for those traveling along the ring road. the price of the accommodation is quite affordable compared to similar places in the area. the common area is spacious and there is a cottage with a shower and toilet nearby.
Limited ventilation in the small pods can make it uncomfortable to stay in for extended periods.

I recently stayed at Vinland Camping Pods and had a great experience. The owner was incredibly helpful, even when we arrived very late at night. The pod itself was clean and new, with a comfortable double bed and an extra single bed if needed. Despite the small size, it was perfect for a short stay. The view of the mountains and surrounding fields was beautiful, especially once the fog lifted. The facilities, although separate from the pods, were clean and provided enough privacy. There was also convenient parking available next to the pod. I would recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay while exploring the area.

The location of the campsite is convenient, right off the Ring Road, making it easy to find. the camping pods are cozy and comfortable, with a small heater to keep warm during cold nights. the bathroom facilities are separated from the pods, but they are clean and private. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave to use, along with a community room that has a billiard table and a big TV.
Some of the amenities in the common area, such as the television and pool table, were out of order.

The unique camping pods offer a different experience, with a short walk to the shower/toilet and main area/kitchen. Parking right in front of the pods is convenient. The self-check-in process was quick and efficient. The showers were great and there is a chance to see the northern lights. The surrounding area also has a small park with reindeers.

I absolutely loved my stay at Vinland Camping Pods! The little wooden houses nestled in nature were such a unique and charming accommodation. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. The surrounding property was stunning, adding to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the pods was top-notch, and I appreciated the extra blankets and space heater provided for added coziness. It was a refreshing change from the typical hotels and hostels you find in Iceland. I only wish I had stayed longer to truly immerse myself in the peacefulness. I highly recommend Vinland Camping Pods for a special and memorable stay in nature.

My recent stay at Vinland Camping Pods was absolutely delightful. The pods were incredibly cute and cozy, providing a unique and memorable experience. The design of the pods was smart and functional, making the most of the small space. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the pods, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The owner, Binni, was friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to my visit. Exploring the beautiful nature surrounding the pods was a highlight of my trip. Although the bathroom was a short walk away, it was adequate and didn't pose much inconvenience. I had a fantastic time at Vinland Camping Pods and would love to return if I have the opportunity to visit Iceland again.
While the pods were clean and comfortable, there were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. The Wi-Fi was only available in the common areas, which required a short walk in the chilly Icelandic temperatures.

Great location close to Ring Road and beautiful Vök Baths nearby. the camping pods were cute and cozy with a nice view. the common area was spacious and the grilling area was a bonus for barbecuing.
The shared bathroom was a disaster. It was too far away and hidden in the trees, making it inconvenient.

Despite arriving very late at 2am, the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. the pod itself was brand new and spotlessly clean. While it was small, it was perfect for our one, night stay, with a comfortable double bed for two adults. There was also an additional single bed if needed. Although it was cold at night, the heater provided quickly warmed up the pod. the facilities, including the sink, shower, and toilet, were separate from the pods and well, maintained. the parking area was spacious and conveniently located next to the pod. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and fields in the morning. we highly recommend Vinland Camping Pods Villa for a comfortable and affordable camping, style accommodation. Cons: No complaints 👍.

I had a fantastic stay at Vinland Camping Pods Villa. the pods themselves were adorable, cosy, and surprisingly well-equipped. I loved the little heating system that kept the pod warm during the chilly nights. Plus, having access to a separate living room and kitchen area in another building was a great convenience. the owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with information about the opening hours of the living room. And to top it all off, free popcorn was a delightful bonus!
Nothing, all excellent! 😊.
